  • Butter Me Down’s shipping method is USPS Priority Mail. You will receive your order 3-5 business days after processing. Processing can take 24-48 hours after your purchase has been made.

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive after it’s been processed.

    Shipping processing is Monday - Friday, during normal working hours and shipped via USPS within 48 hours of payment.

    Please ensure that you track your order and retrieve your items a soon as they arrive to avoid any melting that can occur in the high temperatures.

  • We are able to rush an order at an additional cost. Please email us at CustomerService@ButterMeDown.com with a subject of “Expedite Order”.

  • Tracking will be emailed to you once the order has been shipped within the first 48 hours after payment.

  • All Butter Me Down sales are final. We make every effort to ensure that our customers are happy with our products. In the event where a refund is requested, we ask that the request is made within 5 days of the order being received.

    If the product is defective when it arrives, we will be able to replace the product at no additional costs. If your item has arrived mishandled please take a photo and reach out to our customer service team and we will be able to replace at no additional cost.

  • Melted whipped butter moisturizers are not eligible for refunds.

    The benefits of the butter will remain as the consistency will not. To solidify the melted butter, place in the refrigerator for a few hours. You may have to thaw out if left for too long. Please keep butter in cool temperatures.

    During the warmer weather during the summer seasons, all whipped butter products will shipped Monday - Thursday during the months of June - August to ensure a fast turnaround for our customers.
